Answers: .

I used to drink a Red Bull every morning at work. When I stopped cold turkey I went through really horrible caffeine withdrawal symptoms which lasted about a week.

you don't have to be addicted to it for it to be unhealthy...just one can is unhealthy enough...

yes. using them to wake up or obsessively drinking energy drinks are bad for your health I'M pretty sure it strains your heart. and energy drinks most likely will cause you to crash a hour after.

Yes, of course.

We can argue if they are truly addictive, according to medical definition. But if you drink more than your body can handle, then it's unhealthy.

It is possible to be addicted to energy drinks, much in the way that people are addicted to sleeping pills or coffee. When you abuse or take a substance often that alters your sleep, whether to keep you awake and give you energy or to help you fall asleep, you will not be able to function without them. Without the energy drink, you will feel overly tired and no energy... even after adequate sleep. Your best bet... take your vitamins and drink lots of water. "B" vitamins are known for their energizing properties, without the caffeine and sugar. Water will keep you refreshed.

Well, energy drinks aren't good for you in excess but they taste good, You can get extremely addicted lol

yea depending on how much caffine is in one you can actually b sent to the hospital bc they screw up ur heart beat nd make it go rele rele fast so yea i luvvv energy drinks nd all but def not every day that is a serious problem
