If you freeze milk does it takes as good when its totally defrosted??!

Question: I have always frozen my milk. It tastes no different to fresh. You can only freeze skimmed or semi-skimmed milk though. Full fat milk doesn't defrost well because of the fat content.

Why would you want to. Most fresh milks have at least 7 - 9 day date, at least. You can always buy UHT. Keeping in mind, that is creamier than fresh.

Yes it will freeze and defrost fine.
Best to use semi skimmed and defrost slowly in the fridge
