In Tim Hortons coffee, how much milk is 'one milk' and how much sugar is 'one sugar'?!

Tim Horton's coffee is too weak. Their bagels are really good though!

the sugar is a spoonful when u say one.. and the cream is a splash or so but its very creamy ... thats why i do it myself .. its way to much sugar.. or you could use splenda which they have you just have to ask for it..
