Is it true that green tea can help mouth rot !?!?!

Neither is a replacement for seeing a dentist on regular basis.

Green tea has beneficial anti-oxidants. Somebody's feeding you false info.

According to Wikipedia, regular green tea drinkers may have lower chances of heart disease and contracting certain types of cancer.

Mouth rot could be overcome by having mint tea or any with mint in it. Mint absorbs the smell.

Listerine and toothpaste help with mouth rot.
