Is tea better for you then soda or coffee??!

Question: Tea is definitely better for you than soda. Regular pop is full of empty calories, and its carbonation may interfere with calcium absorption.

As for tea vs. coffee, tea is believed to have more health benefits. Tea is high in antioxidants, which may fight cancer. Black tea contains half as much caffeine as coffee, and green tea has one-fourth as much.

Coffee may help protect you from Type 2 diabetes, but green and white tea may do that, too.

If you prefer coffee, drink four or fewer cups per day. You can drink tea all day if you like, as long as the caffeine doesn't bother you.
