The water in my house is very bad and I think this causes me to not drink enough water. Is this bad?!

Question: Are you on municiple water or well water?
I suggest a water softener & filtration system, if you own the home.
Bad tasting water usually means high mineral content, often involving minerals (or chemicals) that aren't too good for you.
The filtration & softener system will remove 99.-99.9% of the impurities, get you great tasting water, & improve the efficiancy and useful life of all your major water using appliances. As a bonus, you won't have to spend nearly as much on soap & cleaning supplies ("soft" water is nearly pure pH balanced water which allows cleaning products to work better) or have to spend the time & gas hauling water from the store to you house (said water is purified, softened tap water, unless distilled or spring).
Very effective systems can be found & installed for less than $2500.
If you neighbor has the same water supply you have, but the taste is different, it could be the plumbing is causing your problems. In that case, get the tap filters and/or the store bought water, as a water softener wont help if your plumbing is the issue.

Kinda- You should get a Britta . Or just buy bottled water and make it a point to drink it. Water is very importart for a healthy lifestyle

You should be drinking water. If you don't like the taste of your water then you can put flavoring in it - ice tea, lemonade, etc.

You can also buy water from the store. You can put a filter on your water line or get a filter pitcher to store in your refrigerator.

Yes, it can be bad for a person not to drink enough water, and, believe it or not, bottled water is not a completely satisfactory substitute for tap water, because bottled water usually isn't fluoridated. (Or so I recently read.) Can you do anything to improve the water in your house? Would installing a filter on the faucet help, or maybe just a Brita pitcher? If those don't work, try the Culligan people

Yes, you need water. Put a water filter on your faucet.

buy bottled water .drink 8 to 10a day....

I keep an under the sink filter, I got from a do-it-Yourself shop. I then split the water into a cold water tap on my sink. A tea water Boiler under my sink, and to the ice maker. You only need to change the filter every few months and all your cooking gets much better as well.

The water in our area can cause high blood pressure and miscarriages, so we drink Ozaka Spring Water that we can by in 2-1/2 gallon containers that can be put into the fridge. It has a spigot. If you buy these, be sure to punch a small hole in the top of the container so the water will flow out freely.

You can also buy spring water in bottles that you can carry around with you all day long. This helps remind you to drink water.

The water comes in gallon containers too.
