They're both high, but coffee's higher. And taste is a matter of opinion, I happen to like both without a preference but it depends on my mood and what I have a craving for.

Coffee does have about twice the caffeine of tea, but I like the taste of tea better. I suppose it is all a matter of personal taste, eh?
