Who here can drink coffee black without sugar? I think it's vile and tastes like agricultural diesel.?!
Answers: I can drink black coffee. Usually after dinner. I like it, but I have to say I've never tried agricultural diesel

I agree. I used to think black coffee WITH sugar was vile, I only liked it with milk but as I've got older I like black or white coffee as long as it has sugar in!
It's not nice, but it isn't like agricultural diesel.
It is the only way to drink and enjoy coffee. Adding sugar and cream, flavors, etc. is just masking the real taste - the reason you drink the stuff.....if you don't like it, drink a red bull for your morning energy.

Don't think so, drink it black all the time, however, I never tasted agricultural diesel so cannot compare the two.

I love good quality black coffee without sugar - it lets you really taste the coffee, and is the best thing EVER with chocolate!
I do quite like a latte with one sugar every so often, but to me that's a different type of drink - more like hot chocolate than coffee!

I can, usually after dinner, and it depends entirely on the coffee bean and roast. To me, some coffees are too mild and almost tasteless others are strong and absolutely vile. It's taken me years to find coffee I like.
Tis my drink of choice, haven't tried the Agri. stuff yet but take your word for it.

I am very sorry to hear about your disability. You must understand that there are actually people who can taste the differences between the various coffees from around the world and from different farms, co-ops and crops of coffee.
I see that your disability is the crutch of those who refuse to train their palate to find flavors in the foods and drinks they intake.
Also interesting to note that many self centered egotists proclaim that what is their preference should be the law of the land in tastes. They never see that other people have likes and flavor preferences too. To the nose in the air self proclaimed 'expert' other peoples thoughts are a waste of their intellect.
And a lot of people cannot have the sustenance of babies, most have a digestive system that no longer tolerates baby's food. For those who have outgrown it but can't leave it alone they have invented non-dairy creamer, another waste of natural resources.
But if you must suck down you coffee from the bottle, go for it. As for me I will drink my coffee my way and probably forget all about your problem.
It's the only way I drink my coffee. Many years ago my husband was put on a sugar free diet and could no longer have cream in his coffee either. Since I liked mine double/double I thought it was unfair to him that I could have it and he couldn't. I switched to saccharine/sweet & low but it left a bitter aftertaste so I gave up trying to sweeten. Took almost a year to enjoy a cup of black coffee. He used a sweetner - didn't like it either and decided to switch to black as I was taking mine. He didn't didn't like and never did acquire a taste. Seems to think I'm responsible because he doesn't enjoy his coffee as I do mine. Strange, I'm not the one with the medical problem. I still cannot handle my tea black.

I wouldn't have my espresso any other way. Adding sugar and creamers takes the rich flavor away.
I always drink my coffee black without sugar, that way it tastes of coffee. Best way to drink it is as espresso, you can tell it's been made right when it clings to a spoon!

When I drink coffee, it usually has milk, sugar, and chocolate in it. But I do enjoy an occasional cup of black egg coffee (no sugar).
