Does coffee affect you at all when you have exams?!

Question: I'm 15.. I'm a coffee drinker, most definitely and that's because I lived in Costa Rica and of course, everyone there are pretty much coffee drinkers.

I was wondering since tomorrow I have exams, I want to drink coffee.. it makes me.. relaxed. Will that affect anything to remembering things during my exam tomorrow?

I'd appreciate the answer.

Studies indicate that caffeine helps you develop better memory and learn a little better when studying. It also helps you stay alert when in the exam, but the best way to learn is to read the stuff before bed and get plenty of sleep. You're mind processes the information in your sleep ;)

makes me work harder and caffein is a banned performance sunstance, so go for it!

no I don't think so I drink coffee 2 it help me relax and think clearly

Makes me have to pee......will you be allowed to leave the exam?

For me....Coffee helps me to stay awake.... So...If u want to focus better, coffee is a good choice...=)

The problem with coffee is that yes, it picks you up, but then you kinda crash when it wears off and it can leave you floundering during an exam, especially if you drink it with sugar.
