Why do people mostly make lemonade with sugar instead of honey?!
Answers: Wouldn't honey be a better and healthier way to make lemonade instead of using sugar all the time to make it? Honey still makes the lemonade taste pretty much the same.
Honey is DEFINITELY better for you than sugar, which is bleached out and depleted of any nutritious value. Sugar is associated with many health problems, none of which honey is associated with. Honey has other ingredients, has antibacterial properties and is a whole natural food with many medicinal uses as well, and did you know honey is the only food product that will never go bad? (they found good 3000 yr old honey in the pyramids) Local honey is particulalry helpful reducing allergy symptoms as bees are harvesting local pollen.
People don't use it because it is much more expensive than sugar and does need a higher temperature to dissolve. In other words their just too cheap and lazy.
Sugar dissolves, and stays dissolved, better in cold liquids than honey. Most people rarely take the time to make lemonade 'from scratch' anymore. As far as health is concerned, honey is NOT that much healthier than sugar. Your body sees it as glucose, just like sugar.
I find that honey has a bit of a stronger flavour than sugar. I don't think it would taste quite as good either. It's not necessarily healthier, as honey is basically sugar too.
I myself use Splenda, so I don't have the calories, but it still is sweet.

Using sugar is easier to mix in your lemonade. Easy to clean up. Sugar is the first natural sweetener to use its natural no allergy reaction to it. Old school ingredient.
There are some people in this world that are allergic to honey & they can get a bad reaction to it.

Honey will actually make lemonade (and other dishes) bitter as opposed to sweet (vomit has a habit of doing that)
I don't know, I think it will make the lemonade too thick, and honey won't dissolve.
