Where can I find organic (Grade B) maple syrup in Toronto ONTARTIO, Canada?!

Question: I am a former chef and in Canada we do not grade Maple Syrup in the A,B, C range, it is either light, amber or dark.

For organic, they make one and sell it at Loblaws in the health food section, I buy mine on on Bloor Street, at Noah's Natural Foods, even GNC store's sell it.
