Tea. I like Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time tea the best.
1 white tea bag + 1 tea bag of Celetial Seasons Candy Cane Lane. It is a great pick me up in the morning or ant other time of the day.
they are both very good prepared properly,i enjoy Starbucks breakfast blend for my morning coffee and i like a delicious green tea for my afternoon sit. its not a matter of one being better then the other it is what your palate wants at the time

I would think coffee...coz the aroma they produce early in the morning is really an experience. You do not get that with tea...
