Is drinking diet soda any better than drinking regular?!

Question: How about no soda?

Diet or regular - they both contain tons of sugar which eventually convert into fat.

back away from the soda....

Answers: How about no soda?

Diet or regular - they both contain tons of sugar which eventually convert into fat.

back away from the soda....

both aren't great:
regular soda has a ton of sugar
diet soda makes it harder to absorb calcium and has other disputed negative affects

There's a book about the dangers of Diet Soda, because it contains aspertine, NOT good. Do your research, because once you read the book, you probably won't ever consider drinking diet soda.

there is sucrose in both...leave them well alone

It depends. If you are trying to lose weight and can't part with your soda fix, then yes - diet is better.

Diet has no sugar or calories, the above comment saying that they both have tons of sugar is flat out incorrect.

Diet soda still isn't doing your health any good, but it is better than drinking regular.

no it isnt the only diet soda that is ok to drink is diet rite because it dosent have aspertine

less calories, more sugar. Go figure!

It's worse for you. In either case, you shouldn't drink it at all. Water is the only drink necessary for good health. I like fruit juice (with no extra sugars or preservatives, and I juice my own, too) and milk, as well.

yes... that is right

do not drink soda! switch to water!!!!

Drinking diet soda is way worse for you than drinking regular soda because it is full of some many artificial things beginning with the sweetener. If you are drinking it to lose weight, there are studies out now that prove that diet soda actually makes you gain weight because the artificial sweeteners are so much sweeter than sugar or corn syrup that it makes you crave sweets.

The aspartame in diet soda is basically a poison. Both aren't good for you. Although, I must say I do occasionally drink one. Go to: www.sweetpoison.com

No I heard on yahoo news that diet is just as bad as regular because they both contain sugars
