Why is only cold water refreshing?!
Answers: Water is water, it will hydrate you anyway, so why is warm water so gross and cold water so appealing?
I think it has something to do with your body temperature. I think the cold water cools your inner body off, whereas warm water leaves your body heated up, and our bodies like to be cool. I guess...
take a hot shower and that too is refreshing; take a cold shower and say the same thing!!!
because its fresh
usually when you're dehydrated or thirsty you've been working hard and the only thing that quenches your thirt is cold water. to make a long story short....cold water is refreshing.
maybe its tingling , rushing and not as blane and boring or whats the word ?? plain as drinking normal warm water . . . its just better ...especially when ur hot or thirsty !
