Water with lemon (for ph balance)
herbal teas, especially green, black and oolong
1-2 cups of coffee a day
Skim milk and soy milk
Northlands and other unsweetened fruit juices
A single glass of wine a day [ I just drink the grape juice:-)]

Unhealthy...

Too much of anything, but especially

alcohol
sugary drinks
carbonated drinks

Excessive alcohol consumption is unhealthy. Water is healthy.

Anything with alcohol is very unhealthy and so is and kind of soda. Some juice is very healthy along with milk and water.

drink some wine every soo on its healthy for the blood infact you can drink a glass a with no problems :P

milk is also grate to drink mix it with some honey and its full of energy and vitamins

dont drink coke unless you are having kfc or mc donalds and dont do that to often :P

dont drink toilet water

dont drink to much drinks with sugars stick to 100% ju?ce aple ju?ce that is :p

Tea is great for the health. I preffer to have de-caf tea soo I don't stay up all night. It's great, expecially fruit tea. (Blueberry, raspberry...ginger) Don't try artificialy flavoured. YUCK! But yes tea is great for the body it even counts as one serving of fruit.

Healthy - anything except below
Unhealthy - urine.Yes, some people do!, ditch water, bottled beer, sea water, anything in a found bottle, anything in a bottle in a brown paper bag, cocktails and Coke on tap.

Actually, the only fluid the human body is meant to take in on a regular basis is water. Think of it. Let's say you drink a glass of orange juice, which many would consider a healthful libation. You are actually consuming the juice of a dozen or more oranges. Would you sit down and eat 12 oranges or more? Apple juice, same thing. And the human body was only meant to consume milk (mother's milk) for a year or two. Drink water.

Good:

* Water
* Milk
* Tea
* Real fruit juice

Bad:

* Too much coffee
* Too much alcohol
* Too much water, apparently.

water is healthy, as we are all ment to drink around 4 liters a day.
Some fruit juices or smoothies are also healthy, as well as the v8 drinks.
Drinks like fanta, sprite and others are unhealthy as they have too much sugar in them.
Alcohol is also very unhealthy as it damages the growth of cells.

Tea is good for you. Water of course good! Drinks with antioxidants are very good for you as long as they are not too sugary. Any drink that has too much sugar or caffeine is unhealthy. A lot of those so called energy drinks are really bad for you. I see a lot of people carrying them all the time, has this become the latest fad? Hope not! All they do is pump you up and then make you crash hard so then you need to drink more etc. It is a bad cycle.

Anything in moderation is okay

A virgin bloody mary is very healthy as long as they use the low sodium tomato/vege juice as is the virgin screw driver (AKA orange juice). As for other alcoholic drinks, they are all very unhealthy The ones that are less unhealthy are the ones involving fruit/vege juices without the alcohol addition.
Healthy
water, smoothies made with yogurt, fruit juices (in moderation as the sugar content can affect you), most teas (without added sugar and tons of milk).
UnHealthy
Sodas (carbonated drinks have too much sugar), kool-aid, nectars (waaaay too much sugar), caffeinated drinks (too much caffeine makes you tired all the time), alcohol,

alcohol it healthy in a Small amounts and not healthy in the successive amounts and water ,water is the healthiest drink in the world

Things like smoothies etc. with natural ingredients!!!! Alcohol, based drinks, stuff with fat etc. But I love sweet drinks with alcohol>>>Yum!!!! Do you????Shots are great toooo!!!!

Healthy - Water and juices that you make yourself using a juicer

Unhealthy - fizzy drinks, and drinks high in sugar, alcoholic drinks when drunk in excess

cranberry juice is very healthy. good for the heart.

OK. Very good question, because I wrote a book about drinks and health!
HEALTHY = tomato juice, orange juice, coffee latte, tea, beer and Bloody Mary
UNHEALTHY = Coke, dark spirits and wine (no matter what the people say).
Water is neutral.

Omg there are alot, but here are the ones that basically sum it up:

Beer, soda, diet soda( acyually worse than regular soda), swet tea, coffee, gatorade and powerade(loaded with sugar!!), etc.... there are plenty of other unlisted healthy and unhealthy drinks. but these are the basics.
