Spoonfuls or spoonsful?!

Question: Which of the following is correct?
I added two spoonsful of sugar to my tea.
I added two spoonfuls of sugar to my tea.

Answers: Which of the following is correct?
I added two spoonsful of sugar to my tea.
I added two spoonfuls of sugar to my tea.

Well it depends. When I add sugar, I take a spoon and add a measure. When it is not sufficient, I add one more measure. If you also do like this then the correct word is spoonfuls. On the other hand for some strange reason you use two different spoons and add one measure of sugar from each of them, then it is two spoonsful. Understand? Anyway baby! adding 2 spoons of sugar for one cup of tea is way too much and not good for your health. Try to reduce it!

the first one..
