Is there really a health benefit in drinking tea over coffee?!

Question: I've read that tea has antioxidants and that it stimulates the metabolism.

Answers: I've read that tea has antioxidants and that it stimulates the metabolism.

it depends on what you put in it

Tea is considered more healthy. It contains more antioxidants, and less caffeine. Antioxidants are thought to fight cancer, and too much caffeine can raise your blood pressure. Tea may also fight stress, which could benefit your heart.

Consumed in moderation (no more than 3 or 4 cups per day), though, coffee is fine.
