Milkshake or smoothies?!


Question: After quite a bit of looking into it, I have come to realize that Smoothies are as high in calories as Shakes, and further, that most contain a commercial smoothie base mix that contains high fructose corn syrup.

So drink whichever one you are in the mood for. The calorie difference is negligible, and the health difference is over-rated.

I like both but being a health conscious adult I tend to opt for smoothies nowadays.

But not to offend the smoothie, which are healthier (just not as good!)

Nothing beats a milkshake (faux banana flavoured, of course)

Both but depends on the flavours and fruits. I like strawberry milkshakes and mango and orange with yogurt smoothies. if you are health concious go for smoothie instead of milkshake.

Both, but I only go to certain places to get them.

Milkshakes- the best ones i've had so far are from Lee's Famous Chicken, but they only sell them in the summer.

Smoothies- Surf City Squeeze or Frullatti
