Gatorade Question?!
Answers: Does Gatorade really work better to replenish a person than water? I've seen the commercials, but I'm VERY skeptical.
gatorade is hands down the best product on the market to replenish dehydration, but only when u are actually doing something that makes u sweat; the sugar gives u energy, the sodium helps keep water in cells of ur muscles to prevent dehydration, and the potassium helps keep ur muscles from cramping...but yes water is still the best for this, but only when u have time to rest and absorb the nutrients of water...so use the appropriate fluid for the type of activity u are doing....just use a little common sense is all...hope that helps explain things a bit.

it replenishes sodium, water doesn't... but then you get all the sugar so its not that great

Gatorade really does replenish but water is still the best.
only when you are sweating because when you sweat you lose salt (energy) gatorade has salt when you see the nutrition facts the salt is the sodium
