unsweetened iced tea.

Lemonade although I add dry martini to mine!

I drink almost a gallon of unsweetened iced tea a day. Lemon Ade has a lot of sugar and it tends to give me a sour stomach if I drink more than a glass. But really, it depends on what you like.

Lemonade deffinately! Ice tea isn't the way to go! Stay away!

Nothing better that a cup of fresh made lemonade with a hint of sugar, the best :-)

Why not mix the two for an Arnold Palmer?

i like ice tea. have you ever mixed both, very yummy, called an arnold palmer

Ice Tea with frozen fruit instead of Ice

Lemon Ade.

lemon ade it taste better
but i think unsweetened ice tea is more healthier

there's no accounting for taste but I'd have to say from a health standpoint water has them both beat.

Here is the best tea in the world...

Tea is healthier because of its antioxidizing qualities. As long as its unsweetened, its better for you and quenches thirst faster.

I like lemonade better, but I get a stomach ache if I have more than a glass.

Actually, I don't really understand what you mean by "better". Do you mean healthier or tastier? If you mean healthier, unsweetend ice tea is the way to go. If not, lemonade!

I really love lemon tea. I make tea, then put some lemon juice in it, then sweeten to taste. I guess it's lemonade and Iced tea!

Tea alone, is not that bad for you. There's hundreds of types. i like decaf green tea. Caffeine is not that bad. I hear they have buffered caffeine thats better for you than the regular.

I don't drink unsweetened tea, but I do use honey or natural sugar, instead of white processed.
