Well it's going to be hard to get that crushed ice consistency but you can try it this way. Defrost it. Add whatever ingredients it suggests--substitute club soda for the alcohol. Then wisk it really well to combine. You can drink it over ice, so it will be cold but not daquiri texture. Or once you've mixed it up, freeze it again. Check it every 20 minutes and it should start getting slushy. Just stir it up so it's slush and not freezing solid. After a little while it should be close.

If it's canned, it's probably concentrated. Follow the instructions.

If you want an alternative to a blender, try this:

Put all of the fruits in a bowl.
Mash them with a potato masher. Do not drain the juice.
Freeze a mortar and pestle (so the ice doesn't melt) and grind ice cubes in it with a blunt object until you have a fine powder. (Do not use snow if you live in a snowy climate. It's full of pollution.)
Mix them all with manual egg beaters.

If that fails, save up for a blender.

Just Open it up pour it in a pitcher (I think you'll just add cold water to drink it - it is non-alcoholic so ta dah - no blender needed!
