teas are great to drink b/c they have antioxidants but not the kind of tea that is loaded with sugar, just drink plain tea with nothing added to it and it is very good 4 u.
hmmm that's a toughie. I heard somewhere that green tea can prevent some diseases and keeps the body healthy. As with anything too much can harm the body. Try cutting down to a cup every two days or so. All that sugar in snapple probably isn't good.

not bad to drink green tea, it's actually healthy. just as long as you drnk it plain, with no sugar. snapple is a different story, it's like drinking soda with all the sugar in it.
if you drink too much tea, it'll stain your teeth and you'll get addicted to caffeine. couple cups of green tea w/o sugar a day won't harm you, so don't worry.
Stay away from Snapple and bottled tea- the regular version has too much sugar, the sugar-free version has artificial sweetener which is even worse.
Make your own iced tea- fresh is always better, it's calorie-free, and it's much cheaper than bottled tea. You can even make it flavored if you buy flavored black tea or use a bag of black tea with a bag of fruit tea. They also have cold brew teas so you don't even have to boil water or wait for it to cool down.
Tea is a diuretic so too much and you will always be running to the bathroom.
And like many people have already said - too much of anything is bad for you.
I don't know that it stains your teeth, because mine are fine, and regardless of what the researchers say, there is not more caffeine in tea than in coffee (I did the extract test in chem lab to prove it!)
But for flavor and digestability, tea is good. If you like flavors and want to go cheap, buy black and orange pekoe mix, steep if briefly (too long and it will be bitter) and then add Wylers drink mix or other Kool-aid type product. This gives you a flavor change and adds sweetener at the same time.
I mix the Raspberry drink mix into my tea when I want a changeover!
