anti-oxidants are supposed to help your immune system stay healthy so that you don't get sick...anti-oxidants occur naturally in blueberries, pomegranites, and other foods.

Are you sure you spelled that right?
I checked the labels and didn't see either antioxydent or antioxidant.
However - an antioxydent keeps the food item from turning brown (kind of yucky if your pink tea turns brown on you!).
