take a hot bath and try to relax your muscles. get in touch with the moment and focus on where you might be feeling tense. (it's usually the back of the neck, shoulders, and the arms.). don't do anything but just become aware. this helps you get in tune with your body so it can adjust to what your mind wants. turn off all distractions and just keep your mind where your body's at. (if you can, put on a sleep mask. ear plugs, too- only if you won't miss out on your alarm clock.).
