Question about non-alcoholic champagne?!

Question: My husband realize I did not refrigerate it after opening it last night....(we only had a glass) and I was wondering if it makes it go bad, or if it is still okay to drink?

I thought it's just because it's better chilled then room temp...but I don't want to have some or throw it out until we know for sure if leaving it out was a no no.

(yes it was opened on the counter last night and all day today.)

For legal reasons, they always say that it has to be refrigerated.

However, this drink will behave the same way as an opened bottle of water. It's COMPLETELY safe to drink.

Drinks without preservatives will go upwards of 48 hours before bacteria starts to breed.
