i never hrd of wu yi tea, and i'm chinese. i'm also skeptical about a lot of stuff, and this sounds like more marketing shiznit. from what I read, etc.
http://wuyitea.weebly.com/

is wu yi tea is oolong tea from wu yi mountain (in fujian province of china), nothing more.

if that is true, then jsut go to any asian grocery, and buy a can of good quality oolong tea off the shelf. most oolong is green, but if you want a darker roasted oolong, get "ti guan yin", a.k.a., "iron goddess of mercy" variety. a darker roast means slightly more flavor. look at the fine print on where the tea was produced. the better oolong teas are produced from either fujian province, or from taiwan.

...or if you have a quality tea store like http://www.tenrentea.com near you, get 2nd or 3rd grade (don't buy the best) green oolong tea.

if there are no asian grocery stores near you, try whole foods market. http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com the should sell rishi brand organic teas
here's their oolong page, a dozen varieties including wuyi mountain oolong

i'm not sure where they get these claims about weight loss off of wu yi tea and not green tea.

the internet is the best place to buy it.
try
teaspring.com
uptontea.com

small chinese grocers might have wu yi tea, but you really don't know how long the stuff has been sitting on the shelf.
