Is drinking diluted juice as good as drinking water?!

Question: I'm trying to increase the amount of water I'm drinking, I usually find it hard to drink more than a glass a day which I know is bad for me, but I just never seem to feel thirsty.

I find it hard to enjoy water so I put a little of that juice concentrate for diluting into it. Will this be as good as drinking pure water?

Cheers!

juice contains a lot of refined sugars or if not, artificial sweeteners, both of which are not particularly good for you. I recommend you invest in a juicer and make your own and that way you are getting benefits of vitamins and not putting anything unnatural into your body. if you have difficulty drinking water try squeezing half a lemon into a big jug, whether at work or at home and you will find it a LOT easier to drink.

Well course it will, you still put 3 quarters of water in the glass dont you. The same with tea

Well, sorta. I'd rather see you squeeze some fresh juice into your water. Just add some lemon or lime or orange to give it more flavor. You could also try iced green tea or fresh mint in your water. Good luck.

Yes this does still count as drinking water...even drinks like tea and coffee are included. You actually take in a lot of water just by eating fruit and vegetables so you are probably having more than you think.

As long as you don't add too much. You really need to work on drinking more water,it's good for your digestion and your kidneys will be so happy that they have some additional help.

As long as you know that you're still getting calories and sugar from the juice. You'd be better off putting sliced fruit - like orange, lemon, or lime - into the water.

Yes most drinks contain more water than anything else

Actually no. The experts say that we should drink plain water (2 litres) a day, excluding what we drink in tea and coffee and other drinks.

I'm also not fond of drinking plain water so I tend to flavour it with juice. In my opinion, if you can drink water with juice then that's better than drinking no water at all.

Well, a glass a day is better than nothing.
But drink a glass a day PLUS diluted juice.
Don't hardly ever drink soda, it has no good water in it.
Once you get used to a glass a day, drink more and more.

no, it is not the same....hate it.

NO WATER PLAIN IS THE BEST FOR YOU
