Does adding cinnamon to coffee make the coffee taste more cinamonny?!

Yes. Try putting some cinnamon and nutmeg in with the grounds before brewing. You can even use a cinnamon stick if you don't have ground cinnamon. I think I would have spelled it cinnamony though.
