Clear Pepsi?!
Answers: Does anyone remember when they had clear pepsi? and if so, why did they stop making it...and Do you wish they still made it?
I remember it...they did a spoof on SNL on it with clear gravy. they made a fake commercial selling clear gravy. it was gross... but funny. i didn't think clear Pepsi was bad

they stopped because it tasted horrible, so it is doubtful they will bring it back
I remember this stuff and ever drank it too. Here's a lil history.
Clear Pepsi was marketed as a caffeine-free "clear alternative" to normal colas, equating clearness with purity and health. Its marketing tagline was "You've never seen a taste like this". However, the taste was not significantly different from other colas; unlike other colorless soft drinks, which usually have a lemon-lime flavor, Crystal Pepsi tasted much like original Pepsi. Initial sales were good, but quickly fell. Pepsi pulled the drink off the market in 1993.
I thought it tasted better than regular Pepsi!
It tasted more like a flavor-less soda. it was like "seltzer" water, which is just carbonation and water.
Some people said it tasted like "ginger ale", but it tasted like nothing. It was about 1990 when they did market trials, then about 1993 when they tried it national.
