An apple + a cup of coffee & 2 glasses of water as breakfast for over a year now. Is it good or bad? Why?!

Question: I would think you should change your diet because it is never good to have something over a year like that. I would think you should change it up, like make some pancakes one day and the next some toast and eggs. Just be creative and make blueberry or even banana pancakes. To my advice I wouldn't think it's healthy, but if you mix it up your body will be absorbing many different essential vitamins and minerals.

Apples are a great way to start the day. Some positive attributes have been linked to coffee (if there are, lord knows I'm getting them) but it is a diuretic so it's good you're getting the water. I would throw in some kind of grain to sustain you and possibly some protein. If you don't eat meat, you could buy some trail mix (dried fruit, coconut, cashews, etc....)

well u have been doin it for 2 years and u rnt dead yet r u?

osteoporosis, ulcers, hemorrhoids...

if you have an adequate lunch/dinner, you might be fine.

i think it is good.better than no breakfast at all the apple and the 2 glasses of water are great 1 cup of coffe they say know is good for you so i think your doing fine.

great source of fiber, and water to hydrate yourself. Coffee isn't that bad except for the caffeine, but you are good to go, in my opinion
