Why does water make you have to pee more than sodas and other liquids??!

Question: Just wondering. I always have to go more when I have water.

Answers: Just wondering. I always have to go more when I have water.

Because things like juice and soda has more ingredients that need to be processed...sugar sodium etc. Water simply cleanses your body of toxins. Take a One a day with breakfast someday with a big glass of water and you'll really see those toxins exit your body.

coffee makes me go more than anything else

Sodas particularly contain a high amount of high fructose corn syrup, and this is a product the human body has a hard time digesting, because it is not natural.

More or less, water is something the body is composed and needs, where as other beverages have other ingredients that need to be processed, and the body already contains tons of water, so it uses water to help expel toxins, where it is stripping toxins from other beverages.

other factors that attribute are the amount of caffeine (it's a diuretic that makes the body expel liquids) and other products in the liquid.

it doesn't, for me. they are all about the same.
