What is a good diet to go on where i can still drink soda?!


Question: Marie, while most dieters think mainly about losing weight, others think about health as well. I can tell you obviously like drinking soda, so I will answer your question with that in mind. If you drink diet soda, you can do that on any diet. I lost 100 pounds before and drank a lot of diet pepsi. I know soda isn't healthy, but you aren't asking if it is healthy, you are asking if you can drink and still lose weight. The answer is YES. Also, if you don't like diet sodas, you can just read the soda label and include the calories in your calorie count for the day. Try to keep it around 1000-1200 calories. I keep it at 1000, that way I have room to screw up! Counting calories is the best way to lose weight and I think the healthiest. I know carbs aren't great for you, but really they are necessary. Eat a lot of fruit, veggies and whole grain fiber rich foods. Also, drink a lot of water. It flushes out your system and seriously aids in your weight loss--way more than you can imagine. My mom lost a ton of weight just by drinking a ton of water. Good luck!

it's better to just give it up. i lost so much weight when i cut only that out of my life. when i do drink the occasional soda my face looks bloated and i gain a few pounds. not worth it!!

None,,just give it up..whats the point of dieting if you're stilll going to drink soda..it will defeat the whole purpose...duh!!

why drink soda? water is way better and has no calories! but to answer your question, just eat a healthy balanced diet and continue to drink soda. just remember to exercise too!
