I LOVE Mocha Frappacino...Does anyone have a good recipe that uses coffee, not espresso?!

Question: I use instant coffee.. if it won't dissolve then I stir it in a ilttle hot water and then cool it off with ice.

This is the kind of recipe you can experiment with. Mix water, cocoa powder (which would require just the tiniest pinch of salt for optimal taste) and sugar (or any sweetener you prefer).. soy milk or regular milk, whole or skim. I've tried various different ones and you just have to experiment to taste. Try it with chocolate milk!

Are you making the frozen drink or did you mean Mocha cappuccino?
You should be able to use regular drip coffee, you just let the coffee brew longer, so it is stronger. This can be achieved by letting about two tablespoons of ground coffee steep in boiling water like tea, or you can boil it in a pot and strain it.

You can also just use twice as much coffee as an espresso shot, like we do at the coffee shop.

You can also just use instant coffee crystals, straight.
