"Rosemary essential oil has a highly stimulating action and may not be suitable for people with epilepsy or high blood pressure. The essential oil should also not be used during pregnancy."

(I'm not sure if these warnings would apply to the tea, but better safe than sorry, right?)
Answers: "You can easily make your own rosemary tea by putting two tablespoons of fresh rosemary or one tablespoon of dried rosemary in a mug. Pound the rosemary lightly to release the aroma, then add one cup boiling water. Steep, covered, to desired strength."

yes, just strip the needles off the branch and put them with some black tea leaves and pour hot water over, its best to serve with lemon and not sugar or honey. and yeah you can eat rosemary cant you
I don't see why not - it is safe to eat. I wouldn't use more that 1 tsp of fresh rosemary leaves - it is pretty strong if you eat too much. And you can use branches a skewer - and you wouldn't want to do that with something toxic. I would check something like WebMD or mayoclinic to make sure .... But I doubt it is harmful...
Yes, you can, and it is better than coffee in the mornings as rosemary increases capillary action in the lungs and as a result will increase oxygen levels in the blood. I used to make it when I was feeling tired with some mint. It won't give you a buzz, or a jolt of energy like caffeine, but you don't get the crash at the end either. Just helps wake you up and make you feel refreshed.
Rosemary oil is an antioxidant used, for example, to keep hot dogs from going bad (lipid oxidation)...Just remember, too much of anything could be bad...so don't drink a ton of it
