Pasteurized milk can be frozen, but it might seperate or be grainy when you thaw it. It's best to use for cooking, but you can still use it for drinking, although it won't taste as good as fresh milk. Freeze it in plastic or freezer safe glass. Be sure to leave extra space at the top since it has water content and will expand when frozen. Use it within a month of freezing, and be sure you thaw it in the fridge, not on the counter.
Yes, you can but when you take it out, you need to let it thaw completely or it will not taste right. Also, the expiration is not as good as it once was and will turn bad only days after thawing so use it quickly.

Yes you can. But you can just put it down the ref as long as your packaging is good and clean and bacteria safe. bacteria will spoil milk in two or three hours if the milk is left out on the kitchen counter at room temperature. However, by reducing the temperature of the milk, it will stay fresh for a week or two -- the cold temperature inside the refrigerator decreases the activity of the bacteria that much. By freezing the milk you can stop the bacteria altogether, and the milk can last for months (until effects like freezer burn begin to spoil the milk in non-bacterial ways).
Be careful the milk carton don't bust on you and it's good and still good if you use it right away after it thaws. The expiration date usually lastes 8-10 more days.
Take a little out before you freeze it then you don't have to worry about it exploding.
