Mr Pibb and Pibb Extra are 2 different drinks. Pibb Extra is supposed to be a new and improved BOLD verision of Mr. Pibb with added cinnamon and cherry flavor. You can get is at restaurants such as Wendy's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Waffle House. The original Mr. Pibb is not being made now, but you can sign an online petition to bring it back at www.petitiononline.com/pibb/petition.htm...
As far as Pibb Extra, you can basically find it in any grocery store in SC with the Coke products.
