Is decaf dangerous?!
To avoid caffeine addiction, I'm thinking of switching to decaf... but I don't know if that's such a great idea, because the decaffeination process often uses solvents.
It's probably not harmful in slight amounts -- and at the rate I drink coffee (3 or 4 mugs a week) the caffeine probably isn't harmful either. But I'm wary of ingesting solvents.
So which is healthier, decaf or regular?

Answers: I've never been an avid coffee drinker, but I've gradually started to drink more coffee.

Nope its tottally FINE.
Gorgon, decaf was created to make things safe,, rushing of the heart,etc.. However to much of anything is no good. Going by your notes you have nothing to fear with coffee, (regular).
I don't want to shock you but I drink 4 to 5 mugs of regular coffee a day and I'm not harmed in anyways. :) I know it may be unhealthy but it keeps me happy.
If you only drink 3 or 4 mugs a week, then there is no medical evidence to suggest that any harm will come to you.
But if you might mean 3 or 4 jars a week! Or 3 or 4 mugs a day? Or even 3 or 4 jars a day? In which case you need to cut down your intake of coffee!!
Is Decaf dangerous? NO!
