Has anyone tried russian tea from a samovar?!

The samovar is usually used to just boil the water and keeps it hot. I assume you have the one with the attachment for tea leaves.
The tea does taste exactly like any other black tea, but it's very strong. Make sure you use good quality tea, because the flavor will concentrate. My mom's mom grew up in Russia, and she drank her tea with lemon and some sugar

I have an old one in my home, as decoration. I think these were used just to boil the water, because you can't put plants inside.

I was given a copper one and use it for guests on cold days or evenings. I use a Chinese black tea and the rich brew can be diluted with boiling water throughout the day, It's delicious.
