Coffee (not espresso!) drink recipes that do not contain alcohol?!

Question: I don't have an espresso maker, so that is out. But what can I add to my joe (hot or cold) to change it up?

Creamy Ice Coffee

Cold coffee mixed with milk, half-and-half, and chocolate liqueur. Serve over ice.

1 1/2 quarts brewed coffee, room temperature
1 cup milk
1 cup half-and-half cream
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons creme de cacao

In a pitcher, combine cooled coffee, milk and half-and-half. Stir in sugar, vanilla and creme de cacao. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

7 oz hot coffee
2 tsp sugar
1 oz milk
1 - 3 oz creme de cacao
Serve hot in a coffee mug.

coffee creamers, chocolate, Cinnamon

If you are using brewed coffee, brew it stronger, about twice what you would normally use and add milk to it to make a psuedo-latte or psuedo-cappuccino.. They usually work but won't fool anyone, they do work better for iced coffee recipes.
