Help I have became addicted to Mountain Dew this year....?!

Switch to Surge by Coke it does not taste very good but it will give you the sugar and/or caffeine you are probably addicted to and the taste will make it easier to ditch the habit. Also use 7-Up/Sprite as the carbonation helps give you the sensation that you are quenching your thirst but your ultimate goal should be water (I'm still trying to get that far myself - limited to 2 dews a day)
It's caffeine. One of the most highly dosed drinks.

i think its just the sugar in moutain dew. try like seltzer as a substitute
same here try sprite or seirra mist.
