Why do people buy Starbucks coffee?!

Question: it is very bitter, and way to strong. is it because they add suggar, cream and all the other things they offer to kill the taste?

Because they follow the crowd.

its good - and i like it black

(i brew my own at home but know that i can go there for a good cup of coffe if i'm not at home)

Everyone is caught up in the hype.... coffee should be good but not as expensive as Starbuck's.

some people like strong, real coffee, not the watered down stuff you get at gas stations.

I don't like strong coffee either, but everyone has different tastes and some people like it.

Have a nice day,

I personally don't.. i would rather go to a local place, and get great coffee from someone who know the difference between a coffe bean and a whole in the wall..

I assume people like the taste and its convenient in the morning. But I'd rather make my own cup at home for less money plus I don't have to wait in line just for a cup of coffee.

I personally go there just for the frappucinos, never actually tasted the regular coffee.

Because it's there.

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I avoid the whole thing.

I have friends who need their coffee, but usually they just go to Timmy's.

Sometimes Starbucks is the only coffee around.

Another reason is that people want the atmosphere more than the coffee itself. It's a place to sit down.

"If you build it, they will come."

No, I don't, too expensive!

because it makes people feel good, and the drinks are pretty tasty

its only bitter becayse it has 2 shots in it, you can ask for only one

good marketing/convinience i agree, their coffee isn't the best. it's over roasted. though i drink it sometimes anyway.

because they like the taste and they think its good.
