It's legal for them to drink it.
BUT drinking too much caffeine can cause kidney stones. So drinking it at an early age makes them more susceptible to have them when they're 20 or younger.
Hopefully, they'll put warning labels on the drinks cause they have been the leading cause of kidney stones in young people.

Not sure of legallity, as far as I am aware it has no age restirictions. However, caffeine over dose is bad for every one.

It isn't like a drug or anything. It is legal or kids 10-12 but it can make them terribly sick and really screw them up.

actually there is a chemical in those drinks that can induce A.D.D and A.D.H.D in young people.
Its legal but it has lots of caffine in it, so it would be like giving a 10-12 year old lots of coffee. You decide whether that would be good lol.
