What is a "skinny" in Starbucks terms?!

They use low fat milk and sugar free syrup instead of whole milk and regular syrup.

skinny is "Skim Milk", not full cream milk

skinny means the drink is made with non fat milk, and sugar free syrup. the term "skinny latte" has actually been around for a long time. for some reason starbucks just decided to use that term. i personally cringe whenever i hear someone call a drink "skinny"
