Does vitamin water really help you?!

Question: Sine most vitamins are fat-soluable (eat with a meal, like buttered bread) then it's not doing you any good anyway. It would be better for u to drink a bottle of REGULAR water and take a vitamin, besides those drinks are full of sugars that you definietly don't need.
