You can either stick it in the fridge or just leave it out, it won't go rotten either way. If you put it in the fridge, it'll probably stay the closest to its original shape. But, it might get a little icy.
If you leave it out, it'll just melt down quite a bit, but it'll still taste good, just not so much like a slushie anymore. But since it's going to stay cold, since it was frozen originally, there's no chance of it making you sick or anything. Left mine in a hot car plenty of times by accident! Came back to find a liquidy frappacino, but still cold, lol.
