Is it possible to get addicted to soda (caffeine)?!
Answers: Can you? Could you get addicted to caffeine or soda?
ya caffeine is a psychoactive stimulant and mostly everyones ADDICTED to it .. for instance, peolpe who cant "wake up" without there morning coffee.. their addicted, for people who crave sodas more than any other drink.. especially coke, theyre addicted too! hey, im addicted and so are you!
I dunno, but I think I'm addicted. I have cravings all the time and if I haven't had a soda in a while I tend to feel sick.
Absolutely. I am addicted to it. I throw back about a 12 pack of Diet Mt Dew a day. If I don't get caffeine everyday, I get headaches to rival a hangover and I just don't feel right. I'm not proud of myself, just very much confident in my answer.
It may not be the worst thing you can get hooked on, perhaps you would get laughed out of rehab. But that may actually be part of the dilemma, is that if a person with a soda addiction tries to ask for help you wonder if they are thinking...."come back when you have real problems."
If you aren't reliant on caffeine, may I humbly suggest that you stay away from it.
Sure. And when you quit these drinks, you'll have a headache for awhile.
It's possible.
I know people who had "withdrawal symptoms" such as mood swings and headaches when they didn't get their daily caffeine fix.
yes thats y i dont drink it
High Fructose Corn Syrup has addictive natures. That is one reason why it is in everything bad. So that you get hooked on their product. It is like sugar crack. Avoid it. it makes you fat.
yes, soda can be addictive.
Yes. When I go for a long period of time without caffeine, I get a major headache until I drink a soda. My body can't function without some form of caffeine. It is so easy to become addicted.
Well, i can tell you what happened to me and a friend-- we bought a box of our fav energy drinks cause they were on sale at BevMo... she had more than me but we werent crazy about it or anything... i had like one a day and she had two a day-- when the box was gone, she started feeling really sick with migraines and even threw up, she went to the Dr. cause she wasnt sure what was going on with her, since she wasnt actually sick... he told her that her body got addicted to the caffeine from the energy drinks and that she was going through serious withdrawls, and she had to drink some more again and slowly ween herself off (since she didnt want to miss anymore classes otherwise an F was on it's way!!)... she was fine after a while, but she was definitely freaked from getting actually addicted to caffeine and didnt drink it much after...
