Raehawk is *close*. A grande gets 4 pumps of caramel. (Tall size gets 3 and the Venti gets 5).

The skinny caramel latte contains (in a grande size, 16 oz) 4 pumps of the sugar-free caramel syrup, 2 shots of espresso, steamed non-fat milk, with a little bit of foam on top.

You can buy the syrup at a Starbucks near you...its (in Canada anyway) $9.95 for the entire bottle. It will last you a long time.

The espresso they use at Starbucks is the Espresso Roast ground for (surprise!) espresso grind.

Skinny Caramel Latte
Made with Starbucks signature Espresso Roast, freshly steamed milk, and one of our delicious sugar-free flavored syrups (vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, cinnamon dolce or new mocha)and topped with creamy foam.

First, the syrup . . . you can buy *$ horrifically overpriced syrups, or use the ones I prefer, DaVinci Sugar Free.

I think *$ standard for a grande is 3 pumps, so that's 1-1/2 Tablespoons of syrup, in the bottom of your 16 oz. mug.

Steam the milk. For skinny, use skim; it foams the most, too.

Pull 2 shots of espresso, and pour into the mug (with syrup). Pour in milk, and add foam to taste.

what do you mean make it without the machine? you need an espresso machine.

first steam the milk (non fat), then pull a double shot. then add sugar free carmel syrup to a mug (3-4 pumps, or however much you like) then pour in the shots and the milk. you can put some foam on top if you like.
