Is Propel a good replacement for Soda?!

Question: When I drink anything, it is usually a soda (coke, dr.pepper, etc.). I would think I drink around 9 or 10 cans of soda a day, which I know is alot.

I'm not good at drinking a lot of water in a day, because I can't stand it, but I am getting better at it. So for now, would drinking propel instead of so much soda, be better for my health and losing weight?

It may not be. It all depends on how much and what type of sugar is used in Propel. I've always enjoyed the taste of plain water. I think you should ask yourself, is it the carbonation you enjoy or the sugar? Perhaps, it's the caffine (sp?) you like. Whichever the reason, giving up soda is a great start. Maybe you should drink the diet versions of the ones you enjoy and cut back. Instead of the 9 to 10 cans, try doing just half that. Just continue getting yourself into the habit of drinking water. Best of luck to you and congratulations on making the decison to drink more water. If you must, Propel is a good start too. Remember, it's made by Gatorade, so it's really designed for replinshing your body after exercise.

As you said it, water is the best replacement for soda. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it...

yes, propel is, but water is better. There is flavored water too... i dont personally like it... also, crystal light puts out flavors to put
in water

I like propel, but I can tell you the Splenda in it is worse for your body than the corn syrup in soda.

If I have to pick the better of all evils - which I did - I switched to diet soda that does not contain splenda.

Splenda challenges the immune system and makes one susceptible to infection.

okay their is no splenda in propel and diet soda is horrible for u it doesnt have calories but it has something in it that can stop bone growth i drink propel but still have trouble not drinking pop but if u dont like water propel is the way to go and if you get propel calcium its even better for you hope i helped

well anything is better then soda
drinking at least one soda a day for a full year will gain you 15 pounds of nothing.. so makin a switch from soda to water will benefit you no matter what kind of water you are drinkin
why dont u just get gatorade?
