I used to be a soft drink addict. I have recently given it up and have been three weeks without it. I feel much better because I have been drinking water instead (I live in a very hot, dry climate).

Soft drink is so bad for you, full of sugar. Try giving it up for a while - if I can do it, you sure can!
Good luck

well its not like u should totally avoid it but also u should not drink it a lot

Soda is very bad for you and no one should ever drink it! Your body needs water as its primary drink

its easy, just carry water bottles around with you

If its hot and humid outside nothing is going to keep you hydrated like water. Coke can be unhealthy if you drink ALOT of it. Save it for indoors in my opinion. Coke tends to make me feel stickier in humid weather :/

replace some of your coke with water even drinks like poweraide or Gatorade to replace electrolytes. try eating bananas as well.

Generally yes because caffeine dehydrahates you! So if you have a dehydration problem definitely drink lots of water. If you work outside, or are in sports, or whatever outside most of the day drink Gatorade or other sports drinks!

I really don't think soda calms your thirst, you should try drinking lots of water, not too cold though. Just avoid drinks with lots of sugar, in my opinion, it makes my mouth feel worse.

Caffine can make you dehydrated and on top of the climate I would reccommend cutting back or drinking more water.

soft drink will dehydrate you quicker than if you drink water

:)

yep. soft drink bad for you.
good for you water H2O oranges watermelon water and of course water!!!

yes, avoid drinking soft drinks when it is hot outside. will cause dehydration. drink plenty of water. better that way.
