Can you drink too much water?!


Question: i drink about 3 litres a day but i dont drink anything else apart from alcohol about 3 times a week.
i hate tea. coffee, juices etc etc

techically, yes you can. you can bring your salt content down too low and it throws off your electrolytic balance if you consume too much, but too much means like a couple gallons in a sitting.

adults should only drink 2.5 litres a day to stay healthy. vegetables contain water too so you probably are exceeding that limit.

drinking water is good for you. but don't drink in one setting or at all at one time. cause drinking too much water will cause health problems or failure. many had died of drinking too much water. just don't drink at once.
